Adam Velek attended College at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. While attending college in the Oldest Town in Texas he received his bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in General Business. In 2005 Adam married his college sweetheart and graduated from SFASU. Both Adam & his wife loved the small town of Nacogdoches, so they decided to make it their home base. Adam began his career in the oil and gas industry as a petroleum landman where he acquired experience in research, right-of-way negotiations and a wealth of understanding in building relationships. In 2014, after 9 years of serving as a Landman, Adam entered a new career in real estate, focusing on the land & timber market. It was in this arena he applied his experience in research & negotiation which has led to multi-million-dollar land sale years consecutively. With over 19 years of combined experience in land and timber real estate and oil and gas services, Adam is more than qualified to help you with any your land sale needs.
